Clark Stevens

Acupuncturist

Clark is an acupuncturist who supports people experiencing burnout, ADHD or OCD symptoms, as well as those with a heightened sense of empathy and emotional awareness. His work centres on helping patients find balance, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection to themselves.

Burnout is increasingly common in a world that demands constant productivity and growth. It can manifest in many ways, including headaches, neck and shoulder tension, lower back pain, stomach issues, urinary problems, digestive issues, skin conditions, and fatigue. Emotionally, burnout may present as frustration, fear, worry, anxiety, lack of joy or a sense of being overwhelmed, while mentally it often leads to brain fog and difficulty concentrating. Clark offers acupuncture both as a restorative treatment for those already burnt out and as a preventive practice to maintain balance, recharge energy, and build awareness of emotional and physical limits. Sessions provide a calm and supportive space where patients can pause and listen inward.

Clark’s journey into acupuncture began after years of volunteering with Papyrus, a suicide prevention charity, where he worked in advocacy and fundraising. This experience deepened his understanding of emotional wellbeing and inspired him to train at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM), where he earned a BSc (Hons) in 5 Element Integrated Acupuncture.

His approach combines traditional Chinese medicine with modern insights, integrating Applied Channel Theory to create tailored treatments.

Clark is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), ASIST-certified. With over 20 years of martial arts and kickboxing experience. Beyond the clinic, he enjoys running, triathlon training, and sharing handpan music.
