Paediatric Physiotherapist
Elisha is a highly experienced paediatric physiotherapist working within the NHS, with a background in Paediatric Intensive Care (PICU), Neonatal Units, and Musculoskeletal (MSK) services. She has extensive expertise in treating babies and infants with MSK conditions including torticollis, plagiocephaly, and brachial plexus injuries. Elisha is also skilled in supporting gross motor development delays, offering tailored therapy to help children reach their movement milestones.
Her experience includes working with children recovering from orthopaedic trauma or surgery, and managing a wide range of paediatric MSK conditions such as hypermobility and sports injuries. She delivers compassionate, evidence-based care to support each child’s individual needs.
Elisha is passionate about encouraging children and teenagers to stay active. She incorporates Pilates-based approaches to support teenagers with posture and back pain, helping them build strength, awareness, and confidence through movement.
When Elisha isn’t at Fix, you’ll likely find her at a Pilates class or out on a run—practising what she preaches!
