Ulika Singh
Physiotherapist | Women's Health
Ulika completed her undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy in South Africa in 2012, before going on to specialise in Musculoskeletal Therapy with a strong focus on exercise-based rehabilitation and functional recovery.
Over the course of her career, Ulika developed a particular interest in the management of chronic pain. She has since completed postgraduate training in the treatment of complex chronic pain conditions, allowing her to support patients with more persistent and multifaceted presentations.
Ulika takes a holistic, systems-based approach to care, recognising how different parts of the body interact and contribute to injury and pain. She uses this understanding to create tailored treatment plans that not only help patients return to function, but also empower them with the knowledge and tools to manage their symptoms effectively.
In addition, Ulika has a strong passion for Women’s Health and has been working in this area of physiotherapy for the past six years. Her treatment style combines hands-on therapy with targeted exercise to support recovery and long-term results.
When she is not at Fix, Ulika enjoys long-distance running and takes every opportunity to escape the city for hiking and time in nature.
