Beginner’s Pilates Course – 4 Weeks

NEW TO PILATES? OR BACK AFTER A LONG HIATUS? THEN THIS COURSE IS FOR YOU.

Four weeks in a small group of 6 dedicated to taking you through the fundamentals of Pilates and basic exercises giving you the confidence and knowledge to progress into our All Levels group classes.

You’ll learn techniques to correct your posture, how to use the Pilates breath and why it’s beneficial, you’ll strengthen your core and alleviate back pain all while becoming more aware of your body. You’ll even leave in a better mood!
