Community Class

Alternating Mondays and Wednesdays 12:30

Our Community Mat Pilates class is an accessible, low-cost way to support your strength, mobility and overall wellbeing.

This class focuses on controlled, low-impact exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve posture and help your body move more efficiently. The session is suitable for all levels – whether you are new to Pilates, returning to exercise or simply looking for a gentle but effective way to stay active.

We created this class to make movement more accessible to our community, offering the benefits of Pilates in a friendly and supportive environment.

Pilates for Posture

Thursdays 9:45

Designed to counteract the effects of modern life, this reformer-based Pilates class focuses on improving posture, alignment, and body awareness. Through controlled, low-impact exercises, you’ll strengthen the deep stabilising muscles that support your spine, open up tight areas such as the chest and hips, and build resilience through your back and shoulders.

Using the reformer allows for both support and challenge, making this class suitable for a range of abilities while still delivering targeted, effective work. Expect a thoughtful, technique-driven session that leaves you feeling taller, stronger, and more balanced.

Ideal for anyone experiencing stiffness, desk-related tension, or simply looking to move and feel better in their body.

Pre & Post Natal Pilates

Thursdays 10:45

All participants must have a 1:1 familiarisation session with Aydanne to get signed off to join these classes.

Pregnancy and motherhood ask your body to change every day. These classes are designed to support you through those changes with care and attention to your individual needs.

Each session is adapted to where your body is – helping you move safely, maintain a strong and supported core, strengthen deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, ease tension in the back, hips, and shoulders, and maintain balance as your posture shifts.

Postnatally, the focus is on rebuilding strength from the inside out — restoring core and pelvic floor function, improving alignment, relieving tension from feeding and baby care, and reconnecting with your body in a respectful, pressure-free environment.

This is not about “bouncing back,” but about feeling strong, capable, and supported at every stage.
