I booked a deep tissue massage at reception and I got advised on the different practitioner and how they operate so I could choose the right one for my needs (lower back pain & tight hips). The treatment itself with Monica, deep tissue massage and acupuncture, was great! She listened to my needs and used a range of different techniques to treat the issue; massage, acupuncture, and stretching. Played my first game of squash this evening and it felt great - my strength and stability on my whole left side was the best it has been for a really long time. I came to Fix after an RTA left me suffering serious injuries leading to me losing mobility in my neck and other joint problems. The marvellous Kristina Schraut has treated me since and has given me the best treatment I could have wished for. Not only have I regained a lot of movement back in my neck Kristina has taught me a whole exercise regime which has motivated me to get fit, lose weight and has given me hope for the future. Her professionalism and empathetic and caring attitude to me has provided me not only with physical health benefits but has also helped me to deal with mental health issues related to my accident.
