Our Beginner’s Pilates course is set over four weeks in an intimate setting. Victoria will take you through the fundamentals of Pilates giving you the confidence and knowledge to progress into our All Levels group classes.

You’ll learn techniques to correct your posture, how to use the Pilates breath and why it’s beneficial, you’ll strengthen your core and alleviate back pain all while becoming more aware of your body.
