Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release Workshop September

This workshop blends Eastern and Western bodywork techniques, including Yin Yoga postures consisting of long-held stretches, self-massage through myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and acupressure points working with the principles of the Chinese Meridian system. It’s designed to alleviate stiffness, unblock energy, reduce chronic pain, enhance circulation, and detoxify the body.
