Alex Grigore

Massage Therapist: Sports, Deep Tissue & Tension Release

Alex has thousands of hours of experience in massage therapy under his belt, giving the fact he started his journey at a young age.

He gained most of his experience in a clinical environment treating clients and patients of any age and background. A practical example of what he deals with on a daily basis is clients with tension on back, neck and shoulders, lower back and hips which could be caused by sitting long hours at a desk, standing for long periods of time, holding a baby, redecorating the house and many more.

Alex has trained in London at the Bodyology School of Massage in Holistic Massage, London School of Massage in Advance Headache Massage, Gateway Workshops in Myofascial Release and attended various other trainings and workshops such as Advanced Deep Tissue Massage, Soft Tissue Release, Sports Massage and more to refine his technique and become the best therapist he can be. He has learned various techniques and styles from the best tutors in the UK and Europe, most of them with 20+ years experience in massage therapy as well as osteopathy, to take his skills to the next level.
His future goal is to become a tutor as well, and teach everything he leaned to the next generation of therapists.

Alex has studied Sociology, Psychology and Anthropology in his early years and that helped him improve his ability to interact and connect with people of any social or ethnic background.

When he is not working at Fix he trains at the gym regularly, swims twice a week, and plays the piano and the clarinet.
