Mat Pilates

I have recently left corporate life after years of both working for large corporations and subsequently running my own 360 marketing and retail company in the health and beauty sphere.

I knew I wanted and actively needed a change and after a number of years of teaching Pilates online only I pivoted to exclusively teaching both face to face and virtually which brings me immense satisfaction, together with the opportunity to constantly meet new people.

Investing my time and experience in a more balanced way and supporting people in achieving their own improved sense of wellbeing has become a real focus and fills me with a sense of both pride and achievement at the end of a class.

I am an avid nature lover and the evolvement of sustainability and what more we all can do to protect our planet is very important to me. I am lucky to live on the edge of Epping Forest and take the dog out daily for a walk through this beautiful location and love the forest as much in the winter as I do the Spring/Summer.

In my spare time you can often find me mud larking along the edges of the Thames riverbank whiling away the time relishing the small wonderful finds that the river gives up and have perhaps been hidden for years prior to being rediscovered. All in all being outdoors and focusing on mine and other peoples well being is crucial for me.
