Strength and Conditioning
East London Strength and Conditioning
At Fix, we combine the knowledge and skills of our MSK and soft tissue therapists with qualified Strength & Conditioning coaches. This combined expertise allows us to bridge the gap between injury management, rehabilitation, and performance.
By combining our clinical understanding of how the body moves with evidence-based training principles, we design personalised programs that help you move better, build strength and reduce the risk of injury.
Your initial Strength & Conditioning consultation (approximately 60 minutes) allows us to understand your goals, training history, movement patterns and any current or previous injuries. From there, we develop a tailored exercise program designed specifically for you.
Our practitioners can design a programme that works for you. That could include a training plan for you to follow with regular check-ins with your coach, or you could have 1-to-1 coaching sessions.
Who Strength & Conditioning Is For
Our sessions are suitable for a wide range of people, including:
-
Those new to exercise
If you’re unsure where to begin but know you want a structured, personalised approach, we can help you build confidence and a strong foundation. -
People dealing with recurring aches or injuries
If pain or persistent niggles are limiting your daily life or training, we’ll assess how you move and design a program to address mobility, strength and movement control. -
Athletes and performance-focused individuals
From runners to team sport athletes and strength athletes such as powerlifters, bodybuilders and CrossFit participants, we can support your performance goals while reducing injury risk. -
