Rianne Wellock

Rianne is an experienced and dynamic physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger and get back to doing what they love. Before joining Fix, she spent six years specialising in the NHS as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and previously worked in outpatients at University College London Hospital. Her clinical background covers everything from elite sports injuries and post-operative rehab to long-standing pain and rheumatological conditions.

Alongside physiotherapy, Rianne brings a deep expertise in Pilates. She is a qualified Clinical Reformer Pilates instructor, including pre and postnatal, holds a Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification, and is trained on the trapeze table, Cadillac and tower through Balanced Body Education. She also practises hands-on manual therapy and is trained in taping, acupuncture and shockwave therapy.

Rianne takes a smart, evidence-led approach to rehabilitation, using a wide range of treatment techniques tailored to each individual. She is passionate about helping patients not only recover, but exceed their functional goals and build long-term resilience.

Committed to the highest standards of care, Rianne regularly undertakes continuing professional development to ensure her practice stays current and cutting-edge. She loves blending physiotherapy and Pilates to create progressive, results-driven rehab programmes that truly work.

Her specialist interests include shoulder, lower back and knee rehabilitation, as well as post-operative recovery following ACL and ankle surgery. Above all, Rianne is dedicated to delivering personalised care that supports every patient in achieving their goals and optimising their health.

Outside the clinic, Rianne is always on the move. She enjoys running, Pilates, tennis, and mountain adventures, and has completed challenges including the Three Peaks, a mountain half marathon, and the Hackney Half.
